Between 2024 and 2025, the home underwent a complete top-to-bottom renovation, bringing every modern convenience into the space while preserving the original architectural feel of the era. Significant design attention was given to maintaining the home’s historic character, with carefully selected décor and finishes that pay homage to Atlantic City’s Prohibition-era roots—subtle, refined, and timeless.

The Chelsea House is a corner home located within the gated Ann Dover Gardens, a quiet and friendly residential enclave in the Lower Chelsea neighborhood on the south side of Atlantic City. Its corner placement allows for added light, airflow, and a standout wrap-around patio, a feature rarely found in the area.

The home sleeps 5 comfortably and can accommodate up to 6 guests, with up to two guests sharing one of the full-size beds. It is ideal for couples, families, or small groups who value space, comfort, and a peaceful place to recharge.
